The Gig Behind These Jams...

It's Difficult to Explain How Magic Happens but we'll give it Our Best Shot.  It Started back in 2023 with a thought to Gather Musicians that would Enjoy Jam Sessions in a Networking and Professional Atmosphere.  The Jams were Designed to Invite All Musicians (most likely never met) Across All Spectrums Including Skill Level & Music Styles to Participate as Players in the attempt to Gel Sounds Together in the moments notice, and then to Network with Each other. In Short, It Worked. Within the First two months once we launched, Jam #1 (had 1 studio room), we grew Jam #2 with 2 studio rooms.  Jam #3 filled 4 studio rooms with some of the best Musicians in the Valley. @ 3M Music Studio's Palm Desert. We found that the participating Players Embraced this unique approach and have indeed contacted each other and forming Relationships to further their Musical Endeavors Together.  Special Thanks to 3M Music Studio's Palm Desert for the Magical Rehearsal Studio Space and believing in what we wished to build.  Many Thanks to Casey, Mark, Mandy, Misty, 3M Studios, Lannett, Manny, Adam, Jasen and Jennie for sharing this Same Vision @ Jam 1 Along with All of you that have Enjoyed the All previous Jams or Planning to Enjoy one in the Future...

We initiate the Jams with assigning Players to various (sorted by Instruments played, Style of Music and Talent Level) Studio Rooms as a starting point to balance out the talent & Sound which allows players to best utilize the Jam time allotted. Once the rooms are set and the Musicians start playing, they can choose to stay in the room assigned or be fluid and Play in Any Other Rooms of their choosing. This approach allows the best experience to check out the sounds and talents of all the active rooms. Some rooms may be playing hard rock, some rooms may be playing softer Tunes or anything in between. That's part of the Magic ...

The Jams started out with a random song list ranging from the 50's to current that most players might recognize and then play them immediately simply by going off their Instinct. Once the jam sessions got going, players interacted and decided on a song to get things rolling. Some rooms utilize the list, other rooms decide to go off script which is great fun too. This Growing list was formed to get a variety of music / styles through the generations. Some basic songs were listed to get started. Then grow it organically. Players Encouraged to Add to This "Sight Reading" Type of List Growth.

The Studio is well equipped with PA's, Amps, Mic's, Drum Kits and Keyboards. Players need to bring their primary instruments (guitars etc) and may bring in other equipment. This one is Easy. Simply plan to have a great time playing Music with others. Meeting new people that share common interests.  Network, exchange ideas, possibly form or join other players that may wish to add new players for a current project or a new one.

This question is the Most Fun ta answer. MNCV plans to start booking Venues (Member Paid Gigs). Once venues are booked, Musicians Network (Member Managed) will Assist in Getting Jam Players into The Right Gigs with the Right Players They Seek . From There, The Sky's The Limit .
